it is not wrong to spend some time with your boy/girlfriend BUT  NOT ALL  the time. GET YOUR  PRIORITIES STRAIGHT . for example: 1. family 2. studies 3. yourself 4. friends 5. boy/girl friend . some of you are probably wondering why friends before boy/girl friend. answer: when you break up with your boy/girl friend your friends/ a family member will comfort you.

make a list and see if he/she has what your looking for or  has most of what your looking for in a guy/lady. DON'T set your standard too high or too low.

DON'T JUDGE A PERSON ON THEIR APPEARANCE BUT THEIR PERSONALITY.

do not be overly dramatic

You say that 'you can't live without him/her'. THINK RATIONALLY how much is that TRUE. Does he/she PROVIDE for you?. Does he/she TAKE CARE of you?. If not then TONE DOWN the DRAMA. if HE\SHE IS ABUSIVE just break up with him\her even if he\she PROVIDE for you and TAKE CARE of you
